Story Summary[]
The story starts with a bird that is red, is big, and can fly, called The Firebird. She sprinkles her music power from her feathers, making the flowers sing and the fountains dance. Everyone in Russia loved The Firebird's music, except for a mean, green ogre named Katschai. He stopped his flower from singing before attempting to trap The Firebird.
One time, Katschai tried to used the net, but The Firebird sprinkled her music power on it, causing it to sing. Another time, Katschai tried to use the giant mousetrap, but The Firebird sprinkled her music power on it, causing it to dance. Now Katschai is making a pretend butterfly and making it look sad. When The Firebird attempted to make it feel better, Katschai trapped her in the cage and places it on top of his secret palace. Soon, all of the music in Russia is getting quieter. However, there was one part of The Firebird that Katschai was unable to trap in the cage. The feather flew throughout Russia and all the way to Rocket.
